What is the Personal Foundation Program?

The Personal Foundation program is a tool that broadens your awareness of how you are currently living your life. This awareness allows you to make choices that are in alignment with your purpose and values, rather than react to circumstances.
There are four modules in the Personal Foundation program. This first module is intended as an introduction and reference guide for the other three modules, and should be used in tandem with each of the others.

An individual's personal foundation is his or her structural basis that supports him or her in living an exceptional life. Just as a house must be built on a strong foundation to avoid collapsing under stress, so must your life. A house's foundation is made up of earth, cement and steel. Your personal foundation is also made up of three major elements which we have labeled What, Who and How.

The What
We have called this part What, as it aptly labels the presenting "package" of a person. It is What the world sees when it looks at us. This element is also composed of several sub-elements, or parts, as well. We can include such things as behavior, the public self, what we show others. The What can be related to the "body" part of the body, mind and spirit model.

The Who
The Who part of you is easily understood as the real you, the core of who you are in reality, not in presentation of the What. The Who often drives the What, but is not always consistent with it. The Who can also be identified with the "spirit" part of the body, mind and spirit analogy.
Lessons include: Restore Your Integrity - Get Your Needs Met - Extend Your Boundaries - Raise Your Standards - Strengthen Your Family - Deepen Your Community - Be Well Protected - Become a Problem Free Zone.

The How
The third component of personal foundation is the set of processes, methods and values that drive our behavior - How we do the things we do, and How we are Who we are. The fuel for the How of us is the Who, which essentially yields the What. If you put this into an equation it would look like this: Who + How = What. The How equates to the "mind" part of body, mind and spirit. Lessons include: Re-Orient Your Values - Invest in Your Life - Choose Your Work, to Be You - Improve Your Attitude - Simplify Your Life, Dramatically - Create a Reserve - Start Attracting.

How Does it Work

The Personal Foundation Program is a twelve-month subscription. It is offered to you as a self-study program. You will receive one lesson twice per month, via email. You will have two weeks to study each lesson and do the corresponding exercises.
